O'Bryan <br />December 10, 2018 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />The documents should be mailed to the following address: <br />State Historic Preservation Officer <br />Attn: Compliance Review <br />500 SouthBronough Street <br />Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0250 <br />The subgrant agreement has been revised in response to statutory and administrative rule changes. <br />Such changes include revisions related to: the scope of work, procurement, financial consequences, <br />elements of the project narrative, documentation requirements for reimbursement, and public <br />records responsibilities. <br />DEO anticipates conducting implementation training for FFY 2017 subgrantees in February or <br />March of 2019. The new subgrant agreement requires, and continued funding of the CDBG project <br />is contingent upon, an employee's or elected official's attendance at this training. DEO will <br />reimburse the travel expenses in accordance with section 112.061, Florida Statutes, for one <br />qualifying employee or elected official from the County to attend the training. The County is <br />responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, submitting reports on <br />time, and completing project activities even if the County hires a subgrant administrator.
