Radio and Digital Media Campaign: We launched our radio and media campaign that began <br />on March 19th: <br />WGYL 93.7 FM - Today's Best Music <br />WSCF 91.9 FM - Christian FM <br />WFLM 104.5 FM - The Flame <br />WPHR 94.7 FM - Fresh Country - April 2-9 Only <br />• We launched a social media campaign. <br />• YouTube Campaign: The View Rate was much higher than the average view rate of ads. <br />The STEP into Kindergarten video had a view rate of 38.5%, while the benchmark <br />average is only 27.7%. There were more than 13K views between March 19th and April <br />9th. <br />Outreach: <br />• Provider Meetings — Brochures and registration information distribution began in February <br />• Buggy Bunch — We will connect with the leadership of Buggy Bunch to promote the <br />program and to add it to their website. <br />• Moonshot Moment website — the information will be on the Moonshot Moment website. <br />• Head Start — SDIRC staff has been in contact with Head Start staff and are working closely <br />with caseworkers to get children enrolled. <br />• Camp Listings — The program will be listed on the TCPalm.com camp listing. <br />• School District Website —Direct link to STEP into KG information: <br />https://www.indianriverschools.org <br />• Met with the Homeless Children's Foundation; attended Summer Camp partnership <br />evening where STEP into Kindergarten was included in the presentation <br />• Met with a representative of the local Pastor's Association <br />• Met with a representative from the Feed the Lambs Enrichment Program <br />• Presented at the Early Learning Coalition Meeting with Private VPK Providers <br />• Attended Moonshot Moment Action Network (MCAN); follow-up with numerous <br />community partners regarding STEP into Kindergarten <br />• Met with Kindergarten Readiness Collaborative (KRC), including KRC parent liaisons; <br />Presented at the KRC "Lunch and Learn" event that was also attend by other providers, <br />such as Childcare Resources, the Vero Beach Museum of Art, and private Voluntary PreK <br />providers. <br />• Attended the April 7, 2018 Moonshot Literacy Festival <br />• STEP into KG promotional video shared via SDIRC website, email, social media, SDIRC <br />YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?timecontinue=7&v=zclok4PnlaQ <br />• School Messenger Call(s) have and will continue to occur for registered 2018/2019 <br />Kindergarten families. <br />• Individual Parent contact via email and personalized phone calls <br />• Attended individual school Kindergarten Round-ups and Family Nights, including Parent <br />IMPACT Academies. <br />• Held various meetings and/or had correspondence with SDIRC departments that have <br />access to school families (i.e. schools, transportation, food and nutrition services and VPK) <br />• Program staff shares celebrations of student success with a wide variety of stakeholders, <br />parents, educators, and community partners, via social media channels (Twitter, Facebook), <br />28 <br />61 <br />
