ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously <br />awarded the Indian River County Administration <br />Building Food Service Concession to Lillian M. <br />Barker with the renegotiated prices to reflect the <br />same charges to everyone, as recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />INTERSECTION HAPROVEMENTS/CR 510 AND CR 512MARTIN <br />PAVING/FINAL PAY/RELEASE OF RETAINAGE <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of December 14, 1994: <br />TO: <br />THROUGH: <br />James Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />James W. Davis, P.E <br />Public Works Direct <br />FROM: Roger D. Cain, P.E. <br />County Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Final Pay, Release of Retainage CR 510 & CR 512 <br />Project 9222 <br />DATE: December 14, 1994 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />This project is completed and the contractor has requested that the <br />contract be finaled and retainage of 10t be released to him. Change <br />Order 3 to this contract rectifies all quantities for final <br />payment. The original contract amount was for $280,203.24, the <br />existing contract amount is $285,044.36 on which the retainage has <br />been withheld. The final contract amount with all change orders is <br />for $284,252.27. The retainage released will be $27,712.35. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Alternative 1 Approve the final payment and release the retainage. <br />Alternative 2: Do not approve the final payment and release <br />retainage. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends Alternative 1, funding to be from account number <br />101-153-541-067.39. <br />4 <br />JANUARY 3, 1995 24 Boos PS E <br />
