Consultant will answer questions from contractors regarding the scope of work during the <br />price proposal phase. Consultant will review one set of shop drawings on the tank and <br />piping during the construction phase of the project. <br />TIME SCHEDULE <br />Services for Tasks 1 through 3 are anticipated to be completed within 3 weeks of notice <br />to proceed. Task 4 will be concurrent with project construction and is anticipated to be <br />completed within 6-8 months, depending on contractor's schedule. <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />We will provide these services in accordance with our Continuing Consulting <br />Engineering Services Agreement for Professional Services dated April 17th, 2018, by and <br />between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida <br />("COUNTY") and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., ("Consultant"). <br />The Consultant will provide professional services for a lump sum fee as follows: <br />Task No. <br />Task <br />Task Fee <br />Task 1 <br />Review Existing Conditions, Phasing Plan <br />$ 3,300 <br />Task 2 <br />Design Plans and Specifications <br />$ 14,360 <br />Task 3 <br />Coordination <br />$ 4,050 <br />TOTAL LUMP SUM FEE <br />$ 21,710 <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />The following services are not included in the Scope of Services for this project, but may <br />be required depending on circumstances that may arise during the execution of this <br />project. Additional services include, but may not be limited to the following: <br />• Construction phase services (beyond those described in Task 3) are not <br />included under this task order, but can be prepared if needed after bidding. <br />• Permitting, including preparation of permit application and supporting <br />information is not believed to be necessary, and therefore not provided.
