Staff anticipates spending $200,000 during the current fiscal year and has <br />requested $500,000 for fiscal year 2019/2020 for lift station rehabilitation. Funds are available in <br />the Lift Station Rehabilitation account in the operating fund. Staff also recommends <br />the Board approve the sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute it after the <br />County Attorney has approved it as to form and legal sufficiency, and after receipt and approval of <br />the required insurance and proof of Hinterland's registration with the Building Division. Finally, <br />Staff recommends the Board authorize the Purchasing Manager to execute the extension to the <br />agreement, based on vendor acceptance, recommendation by the Utility Director that extension is <br />in the best interest of the County, and approval of the extension document by the County <br />Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />Sample Agreement <br />103 <br />
