No further comments or questions will be addressed <br />from end of business, October 6, 2019. Jennifer Hyde, IRC Purchasing - Questions to be <br />received prior to 8.30 AM October 7, 2019. <br />• All areas disturbed by the Contractor will need to be restored to original conditions or <br />better. <br />• The Building will remain open throughout the construction period. Contractor shall take <br />..all necessary precautions to contents and occupants. <br />• The building shall be weathertight at the end of each day and when inclement weather <br />threatens. <br />• The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to protect the building, exterior and <br />grounds, and all promenade concrete within project area. <br />• The sequence of work shall minimize construction traffic on the new work. <br />• The construction limits are within 10 feet maximum of buildings unless indicated <br />otherwise. <br />• The construction staging area shall have 8'-0" high chain link perimeter fencing. Location <br />shall be coordinated in the field with the Owner's representative. <br />• The designated accessible path must be left unimpeded throughout construction. <br />Contractor to provide barriers between the construction and the accessible path as <br />necessary to provide safe access. The work zone will be over the only entrances to the <br />locker rooms and should be taken into consideration when setting up work zones. <br />It is recommended that bidder visit the site to get an idea of the layout of the facility <br />and review the flow of pedestrian traffic in and out of facility, that the Contractor will <br />be required to maintain. <br />• Work area is to remain clean and all debris to be disposed of properly. <br />• The Contractor is to obtain all required Indian River County Building Department Permit(s) <br />and inspections. <br />• Standard County work hours 7AM to 513M (M -F). Contractor must submit a request to the <br />County Project Manager for proposed weekend or night work.
