The D%mrtm nt of Housing and Urban Developiment has forwarded an wiginal and four (4) copies of the Consolidated Ammal Contributions i ons Contract ( ACC ) which has been amended to include both the Certificate and Vaucher pxogr-�. The documentation required by HW for .their final approval and execution of the c13ntracts is submitted for consideration and approval of the Board of County ['rani_—moi oneL'3. ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved and authorized the Chairman to execute the Certification for Contracts, Grants, Loans & Cooperative Agreement, Disclosure of Lobbying Activities, as recommended by staff.
