20 tional Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4101) (as <br />21 amended by subsection (a)) is further amended by adding <br />22 at the end the following new subsection: <br />23 "(i) AsSEssMENT, IDENTIFICATION, AND MAPPING <br />24 OF EROSION HAZARD AREAS.— <br />I i <br />.s i.os is <br />49 <br />1 <br />panels issued in the form of Letters of Map Amendment <br />2 <br />and Letters of Map Revision. Such comparable methods <br />3 <br />shall include all pertinent information, provide for regular <br />4 <br />and frequent distribution, and be at least as accessible to <br />5 <br />map users as the Federal Register. Notices published in <br />6 <br />the Federal Register, or otherwise, shall also include infor- <br />7 <br />mation on how to obtain copies of the changes or revisions. <br />8 <br />"(h) AVAILABILITY.—Every 6 months, the Director <br />9 <br />shall publish separately and make available in their en - <br />10 <br />tirety within a compendium, all changes and revisions to <br />11 <br />flood insurance map panels and all Letters of Map Amend - <br />12 <br />ment and Letters of Map Revision that were published in <br />13 <br />the Federal Register or distributed through other com- <br />14 <br />parable methods during the preceding 6 months, free of <br />15 <br />charge, to States and communities participating in the <br />16 <br />National Flood Insurance Program pursuant to section <br />17 <br />1310 and at cost to all other parties.". <br />18 <br />(b) AssESmm, IDENTIFICATION, AND MAPPING <br />19 <br />OF EROSION HAZARD AREAS.—Section 1360 of the Na - <br />20 tional Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4101) (as <br />21 amended by subsection (a)) is further amended by adding <br />22 at the end the following new subsection: <br />23 "(i) AsSEssMENT, IDENTIFICATION, AND MAPPING <br />24 OF EROSION HAZARD AREAS.— <br />I i <br />.s i.os is <br />
