RESOLUTION NO. 95-58 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board urges the Florida Legislature <br />and the Governor of the State of Florida not to enact legislation which would <br />put certified paramedics and EMTs in the Special Risk Class of the County - <br />funded portion of the Florida Retirement System. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert, and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Tippin, and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Vice Chairman Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner John W. Attached are staff's <br />estimates, but we failed to make any provision in last year's <br />budget to assist this project. <br />This building is owned by the county and leased to the Roseland <br />Women's Club and I would like some direction from the commission <br />to provide some suggested improvements for the use of the <br />community. <br />31 <br />April 11, 1995 <br />BOOK 9 8 5- <br />
