12. Security Program Plan <br /> In accordance with Rule 14-90, SRA has adopted, and implemented a Security Program Plan <br /> (SPP),which covers the security portion of the SMS. The SPP contains information about <br /> prevention, mitigation,preparedness,response,recovery, and associated organizational <br /> responsibilities. <br /> The SPP addresses the following hazard and security elements and requirements: <br /> • Security policies, goals, and objectives <br /> • Organization, roles, and responsibilities <br /> • Countermeasures and Strategies <br /> • • Procedures for investigation of events described under subsection 14-90.004(5), F.A.C. <br /> • Procedures for SPP maintenance and distribution. <br /> The SPP has been adopted separately from the SMS. Bus transit systems are prohibited by <br /> Section 119.071(3) (2), Florida Statutes, from publicly disclosing the SPP, as applicable under <br /> any circumstance. The document is maintained in a secure location by the management and <br /> access to the document is restricted to select agency personnel and appropriate FDOT personnel <br /> exercising oversight in this area. On-site access to the SPP is granted to regulatory authorities <br /> (FDOT, FTA, etc.)on as-needed basis. Select portions of the SPP may be shared with <br /> employees depending on their job responsibilities. The.SPP is an attachment to this PTASP. <br /> 119 <br />
