The primary responsibility is that of establishing the <br />general policies that govern the operation of the organization. <br />j. is mere a quorum requirement for ttoara members attendance at your agency board meetrn s l <br />A majority of the Directors of the Board Is required to constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Directors shall be deemed <br />as present at such meeting if a telephone, or similar communication equipment, by means of which all persons participating in the <br />meeting is able to communicate their vote. <br />4. I -lease explain the rotating volunteer structure of your board members and OtticerS. <br />Directors shall be elected for no more than four (4) consecutive four (4) year terms.
