How often is this review conducted? <br />The Board of Directors approves the budget annually as well as any amendments <br />necessary throughout the year. The Board also reviews financial statements and capital <br />fund expenditures at each of its monthly meetings. In addition, the annual audit and tax <br />returns are presented to the Board of Directors by the independent auditor and after <br />review and discussion approved by the Board. <br />2.
