Response to comments <br />and questions received within 10 days of the bid opening date will not be <br />provided <br />• Subcontractors <br />o Per Contract Documents requirements "Section 00458 — List of Subcontractors" <br />DISCUSSION <br />Questions & Answers <br />Andy Sobczak, Indian River County Infrastructure Project Manager, began the meeting with <br />introductions, then provided a brief description of the Sebastian Corners Roof Replacement project <br />that included a technical description by Mark Renninger, REI Engineers, Inc, the County's roof design <br />consultant. During the project description, several contractors in attendance asked project related <br />questions. The questions and responses were as follows: <br />1. A contractor asked if the 4'screen wall is to be constructed by others. AndySobczak responded <br />no, the screen wall is to be constructed by the roofing contractor or subcontractor to the roofing <br />contractor. <br />2. A contractor asked of the details are available for the 4'screen wall. Mark Renninger responded <br />that the details are included in the project plans and specs. <br />Following the end of the project description, Andy Sobczak opened the meeting to discussion and <br />asked for any questions or comments. The following questions and comments were raised: <br />1. A contractor asked about the location of the screen wall and if the roof has structural slope. <br />Andy Sobczak responded that the screen wall is located along the back or west wall of the building <br />
