(such areas sha11 r=. be protected by <br />tire -stops, curbing; or the equivalent); <br />b. The -waiver would not , alloy, vehicles to <br />abut or "head :into" one another -in any <br />fashion other. than bumper to bumper [any <br />bumper to- fender (or. side) parking <br />configurations shall-require`tire stops, <br />curbing, or the equivalent;] <br />The waiver would not apply: to spaces <br />accessed from driveways that serve as <br />circulation driveways which,-- channel <br />traffic around or. through the site or <br />parkinglot area; and <br />.--The -site plan parking .area_;.and traffic <br />circulation design provide.T,'circulat.ion <br />driveways, as needed, to adequately <br />channelize traffic' flow. <br />Conditions including,but not limited to <br />driveway curbing, signage and/or pavement <br />markings, of ,-periodic placement of <br />barriers or increased protected <br />landscaped;` areas and landscape <br />improvements that are designed to promote <br />good traffic circulation maybe attached <br />to any Waiver granted. A1.1 pavement <br />markings shall be done in accordance with <br />954.06(4)(a). <br />
