Mr. Scott Reynolds <br />March 17,. 2021 <br />Page 3 <br />This task will be completed on a fixed fee basis in accordance with the above assumed <br />construction. Additional depths may require additional grout and additional days to complete. <br />The proposal assumes that the wells will be abandoned by a 2 -man crew over 3 days. Additional <br />charges may apply for on-site time required beyond 3 -days and additional grout required if <br />necessary. <br />Task 3 — Asbestos and Lead Assessment — (REMOVED) <br />Task 4 — Supplemental Site Assessment - $4,325.32 <br />Tetra Tech will provide additional delineation of the arsenic impact found at the Site in the <br />previous investigation under TO 7. Eased on the results of this assessment, additional soil and <br />groundwater assessment will be required, and this task will fund the costs of any additional <br />investigation that may exceed the remaining balance in TO 7, as required. The goal of the <br />supplemental assessment will be to vertically and horizontally delineate the soil concentrations in <br />exceedance of the FDEP Residential Direct Exposure Soil Cleanup Criteria and satisfy the FDEP <br />Site Assessment Requirement outlined in F.A.C. 62-750. <br />This task may include laboratory analysis and laboratory subcontractors, field equipment, travel, <br />field personnel, and reporting. This task will be competed, as needed, on a time and materials <br />basis not to exceed $4,325.32. <br />Task S — Site Assessment Report m $4,149.84 <br />A separate Site Assessment Report will also be prepared to provide the details of all findings of <br />the soil delineation, and include the following sections: <br />Executive Summary <br />➢ Introduction, Scope of Services, and Limitations <br />➢ Background <br />➢ Geology and Hydrogeology <br />➢ Contamination Assessment <br />Results and Discussion <br />➢ Conclusion and Recommendations <br />9 Figures <br />➢ Appendices (i.e., field data sheets, laboratory analytical reports, etc.) <br />This task will be completed on a fixed fee basis. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />The approximate duration noted for each task is based on our current understanding and best <br />estimates of time required to perform the basic services and may be subject to change upon <br />agreement between Indian River County and Tetra Tech. <br />TETRA TECH <br />
