Alternative No. 2 <br />Authorize staff to negotiate with Morgan & Ecklund for <br />survey in accordance with the Test Plan only. <br />Alternative No.3 <br />Direct staff to re -advertise for a survey consultant. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1. Funding to be from Tourist Tax <br />Revenue.for the survey, in accordance with the permitted Test Plan. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />authorized staff to negotiate a contract with <br />Morgan & Ecklund for survey in accordance with <br />the permitted Test Plan and negotiate a unit <br />price for coastal beach 'and hydrographic <br />surveying outside the test plan area, <br />(Alternative No. 1) as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if the consultant's work would start <br />after the permit is received and after the project is started, and <br />Commissioner Adams responded in the affirmative. <br />PEP REEF - MAGNETOMETER SURVEY <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of June 7, 1995: <br />TO: James E.
