Indian River County - (Background: The culvert failed - it is currently collapsed <br />in place 8in gas main that ran over the pipe, will be relocated prior to the successful bidder <br />commencing construction. No water and sewer utilities are known to be located in the project <br />limits, one minor drainage tie-in exists. 12in RCP not commercially available, substituting 12in <br />Polyproylene Class 11 will be an addendum accompanying the minutes) <br />OTHER ISSUES <br />• Bidders to review plan documents and provide comments to Indian River County Purchasing <br />Department as soon as possible. No further comments or questions will be addressed from <br />end of business, Monday, April 26, 2021. <br />• All areas disturbed by the Contractor will need to be restored to original conditions or better. <br />James Ennis P.E. Indian River County noted that the Contractor must consider that there is a <br />bridge structure going over the IRFWCD canal and that due care must be taken to ensure <br />that the bridge is not disturbed or damaged) <br />• Work area is to remain clean and all debris to be disposed of properly. <br />• Obtain all required Indian River County Building Department Permit(s) and inspections. <br />James Ennis P.E. Indian River County indicated that IRCBuilding Department permits were <br />not required and that this comment could be -disregarded) <br />• IRC work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM <br />James Ennis P.E. Indian River County -(Contractors shall bid their schedules based on the <br />Standard IRC work hours and that if the contractor wants to work weekends there will be an <br />inspection fee associated with any off hours work.
