<br />10.0 TERMINATION BY THE COUN'T'Y
<br />10;1 The County reserves the right to terminate a contract by,giving,thirty (30), days notice in
<br />writin , of the intention to -terminate, if at -any time the CONTRACTOR fails to:abidesby,6t4ibifill,
<br />any, of the terms and-, conditions of the contract. The County also reserves the �nght to urminate
<br />this contract for the convenience of the'County; and/or with or without cause.
