Risk Management gave encouragement for installation of these <br />gates . <br />Vice Chairman Stanbridge pointed out that our area is growing so fast that it is <br />necessary to watch everything we do , but times change . <br />J'rBillGlynn , 1802 Barefoot Place, Summerplace , described a shark event at the beach <br />he had witnessed one night about 11 : 30 pm . He saw that an 8 foot black tip shark was <br />caught, photos were taken , and the shark was returned to the water . He learned that the <br />people were from Brevard County and they come to fish 2 - 3 times a month .He told how 1 6111 1, 16 <br />they fished with heavy rods , prepare their bait , and throw it into the water .
