BOOK 76 PAGE 392 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Since August 1990 the County has been leasing 2,875 square feet of office space at the Sebastian <br />Square Shopping Center. This space is occupied by Veteran's Services, Clerk of the Court, Property <br />Appraiser, and recently the Utilities Department... The present cost is $7.25 per square foot and has <br />been since 1992. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The lease has expired and the owner, Robert E. Greene has agreed to extend the lease for another <br />three (3) years as the present rate. <br />REECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends Board approval to enter into agreement with Robert E. Green for three years, at <br />an annual cost of $20,843.75. It is also requested the Chariman be authorized to execute all required <br />documents to effect this agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously (4- <br />0, Commissioner Bird being absent) approved <br />the renewal of the lease agreement with Robert <br />E.
