EXHIBIT B <br />FEESCHEDULE <br />The Consultant will provide these services in accordance with the Water Plant and Water <br />Resources Engineering Services Agreement for Professional Services (RFQ 2019070) <br />dated November 5, 2019, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY (County), a <br />political subdivision of the State of Florida and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. <br />(Consultant). <br />Kimley-Horn will perform Tasks 1 through 4 and 7 for the total lump sum fee as detailed <br />below. Tasks 5 and 6 will be completed on an hourly, not -to -exceed basis as detailed below. <br />Individual task amounts are informational purposes only.
