RECO14MENDATION : <br />Staff recommends the following: <br />1. Re -Award this bid for the entire contract period <br />beginning January 1, 1996 as follows: <br />Port Petroleum for all tankwagon orders and Coastal <br />Refining for all transport orders. <br />2. Authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract <br />on an annual basis subject to satisfactory performance, <br />zero cost increase, vendor acceptance and the <br />determination that renewal is in the best interest of <br />the County and participating agencies of this fuel <br />co-op bid. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously re -awarded <br />Bid #6014, pursuant to staff's recommendations. <br />CONTRACT WILL BE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />D. O'Brien - Assistant County Attorney p <br />DATE: December 5, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 302 - ANIMAL <br />CONTROL <br />The proposed ordinance amends the animal control and kennel <br />regulations to reflect Chapter 94-339 of the Laws of Florida and <br />includes other minor changes. <br />Recommendation: Staff has reviewed the ordinance and requests <br />permission to advertise it for a public hearing to be held on January 2, <br />1996. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />January 2, 1996 as the public hearing date, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />DECEMBER 12, 1995 5 BooK 96 PACE 746 <br />
