• <br />and preliminary pump selection computer modeling results are <br />included in the Appendix of this report. The pump station <br />name and node numbers used in the computer analysis are shown <br />on the seven (7) Exhibit sheets. A general description of <br />the proposed arterial "core" sewage collection and conveyance <br />system follows: <br />It will be the responsibility of users to be served by <br />these sewer facilities to provide for their own sewage <br />collection and conveyance into the proposed County arterial <br />sewer system unless otherwise specifically provided for in <br />this report and its project cost estimate. As indicated <br />previously in this report, the purpose of the proposed <br />project is to provide an area wide "core" collection and <br />conveyance and treatment system to accept sewage collected <br />and conveyed into the County's pumping station and force main <br />"core" systems. <br />Pumping Station #1 serves a sub -area of approximately <br />316 acres and is located along Roseland Road. A section of <br />gravity sewer will extend northward from pumping station #1 <br />to the vicinity of the Sandrift Motel and pass by the <br />existing Humana Hospital package treatment plant. The <br />Riverwalk Shopping Center sewage will be directed to pumping <br />-16- <br />
