40 <br />provide for the connection of the Roseland Plaza sewer system <br />and the phasing out of the Roseland Plaza package plant. A <br />10" diameter force main would be constructed south along <br />Riverside Avenue and the sewage from the E1 Capitan, Oyster <br />Bay and Anchor Laundromat facilities would be pumped into the <br />proposed 10" diameter force main thus allowing the phase out <br />of these three (3) package plants. Also, existing septic <br />systems would be eliminated along Riverside Avenue by <br />installing small grinder pumps for discharge into the 10" <br />force main. The 10" force main from Pumping Statin #2 would <br />be constructed south to the intersection of Riverside Avenue <br />and U.S. Highway 01 and connect to the proposed 20" force <br />main to be constructed along the east FEC Railroad <br />right-of-way line. <br />Pumping Station #4 would be located near the existing <br />Sebastian Municipal Golf Course Club House area and serve an <br />area of approximately 200 acres. The service area would <br />primarily include a 158 area tract of land to be developed <br />and the existing Kashi Ranch which are both generally <br />southwest of the proposed Pumping Station #4. In addition, <br />Pumping Station #4 would service the existing and future <br />Municipal Golf Course facilities. Pumping Station #4 would <br />pump via a 6" force main into Pumping Station #3. Pumping <br />Station #3 is proposed to be a large facility serving <br />-18- <br />
