OPERATIONAL COORDINATION <br />The EMPG grant program supports the building or sustainment of core capabilities across the five mission areas that are <br />necessary to prepare for incidents that pose the greatest risk to the State of Florida. Effective operational coordination <br />results from the establishment and maintenance a unified and coordinated operational structure and process that <br />appropriately integrates all critical stakeholders and supports the execution of Core Capabilities. <br />Sub -Recipients must engage with whole community stakeholders on a quarterly basis: either by participating in regional <br />meetings of existing multi -agency organizations (i.e., Regional Domestic Security Task Forces Local Emergency <br />Planning Committees, Regional Health Care Coalitions Local Voluntary/Community Organizations Active in Disaster) or <br />by hosting/conducting meetings with whole community stakeholders. <br />To demonstrate successful completion of task 2B for Quarters 1-4, the Sub -Recipient must submit the following items in <br />the Division's Salesforce system: <br />DELIVERABLES <br />• Provide proof of participation by a representative of the Sub -Recipient in quarterly meetings with <br />whole community stakeholders (i.e., fire, law enforcement, health and health care coalitions, public <br />works, public and private sector, and Volunteer Organizations). PUBLIC INFORMATION AND WARNING <br />The Integrated Public Alert & Warning System (IPAWS) is FEMA's national system for local alerting that provides <br />authenticated emergency and life-saving information to the public through mobile phones using Wireless Emergency Alerts, <br />to radio and television via the Emergency Alert System, and on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's <br />Weather Radio. <br />the Sub -Recipient must provide proof of current executed IPAWS Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and a copy of the <br />signed IPAWS Rules of Behavior forms for each authorized user given access to send IPAWS messages for the county. <br />To demonstrate successful completion of task 2C for Quarter 4, the Sub -Recipient must submit the following items in the <br />33 <br />
