No employee will be called back to work during the employee's vacation <br />period, unless an extreme emergency has been declared. <br />1. An employee's vacation period will begin on the instant the <br />employee finishes the last hour of regularly scheduled work. <br />2. An employee's vacation period will end on the first hour of the <br />employee's scheduled return to work date. <br />3. In the event an employee is called back from vacation out of town, <br />the District will assume all costs involved in transporting the <br />employee to and from the vacation site. <br />31.04 DISTRIBUTION OF FIRE PREVENTION ADDITIONAL HOURS <br />A. In compiling the list of additional hours, the following conditions will be <br />adhered to: <br />1. The employee with the lowest number of hours will be offered the <br />additional hours first. If the employee declines the additional hours, <br />the employee shall be charged the additional hours offered. Then, <br />additional hours shall be offered to employees with the lowest <br />number of hours. If those employees refuse, then the employee with <br />the lowest number of hours within the original offer will be assigned <br />the additional hours in a mandatory status. <br />2. The additional hours shall be added to the employees' total number <br />of hours <br />3.
