The traffic engineering division has <br />approved the internal traffic circulation plan. <br />The only off-site traffic improvement is a left turn lane that'. <br />will be constructed on SR A -1-A, for access to the subdivision <br />collector access road. The left turn lane will need to be <br />completed prior to the issuance of a certificate of completion <br />for Phase I of the development. <br />13. Dedications & Improvements: The developer has indicated that <br />the subdivision collector access road will be dedicated to <br />Indian River County. The dedication could be public or <br />private, as long as access to the undeveloped property to the <br />west of Island Club is provided. The collector roadway will <br />be dedicated with the final plat for Phase I. <br />The applicant is also required to construct an 8' wide <br />bikepath along the project's SR A -1-A frontage. The bikepath <br />will need to be constructed or bonded -out prior to the <br />issuance of a certificate of completion for Phase I. <br />14. Pedestrian Circulation: The project will have internal <br />sidewalks to provide for pedestrian access within the <br />subdivision. There will also be off-site pedestrian paths <br />provided to the beach and Indian River Lagoon within <br />established access easements. <br />15. Utilities: County potable water and wastewater services are <br />available to the site, and connection is mandatory. The <br />project will connect to county water and wastewater services. <br />County Utilities has approved the connection to water and <br />wastewater services. <br />16.
