completion has been issued by the Public Works Department. With <br />the exception of utilities, which will be dedicated to the public, <br />all required improvements in the development were privately <br />dedicated by the phase 1 plat. Having constructed all required <br />improvements for phase 2, and receiving a certificate of completion <br />from the Public Works Department, the developer has satisfied all <br />development requirements for final plat approval. <br />Based upon the analysis performed, staff recommends that the Board <br />of County Commissioners grant final plat approval for Stonebridge <br />Subdivision phase 2. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted <br />final plat approval for Phase 2 of Stonebridge <br />Subdivision and approved a replat of a portion of <br />Phase 1 of Stonebridge Subdivision, as recommended <br />by staff. <br />E. Proclamation - Retired Senior Volunteer Program <br />PROCLAMATION <br />WHEREAS, for the past eleven years, the Retired Senior <br />Volunteer Program of Indian River County has worked with over <br />go <br />0non-profit agencies or organizations in Indian River County <br />to help in filling their volunteer needs; and <br />WHEREAS, RSVP volunteers are senior citizens, age SS or <br />more, who volunteer their time, talents, and experiences of a <br />lifetime to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, in 1994 these wonderful, caring, sharing seniors <br />contributed 114,000 hours of volunteer service to Indian River <br />County; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 20, 1996 the Retired Senior Volunteer <br />Program will hold a recognition luncheon for the 675 members of <br />this outstanding organization: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE HOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that March 20, <br />1996 be designated as <br />RSVP DAY <br />in Indian River County, Florida.
