IRC Site Plan (Request Extension Beyond May 16, 2023) <br />2. IRC Utility (Water & Wastewater Improvements) <br />3. FDEP General Wastewater Permit (Current permit expires August 26, 2023 and cannot be <br />extended or modified in any way)* <br />4. IRC Right-of-way Permit <br />5. IRC Utility Right-of-way Permit <br />6. Indian River Farms WMD Drainage Connection Permit <br />Our Proposal is based on all IRC permits (other than the IRC Utility Permit) being declared valid <br />to coincide with the Site Plan Expiration date extension including the prolect's Type B Stormwater <br />permit. (As the IRC Type B Stormwater permit is expected to be declared valid, no new flood <br />balance computations are included within our scope and/or fee.) <br />* FDEP General Wastewater Permit $250.00 review fee is included. No other permit review fees <br />are not included within our fees. <br />Task D — Preliminary Building Department Permit Application: In order to confirm, prior to <br />bidding, the proposed structure design complies with the Florida Building Code, a preliminary <br />application will be filed by the project Architect to the County Building Department. <br />Task D does not include revisions that may be required as a result of the submittal of the <br />preliminary building permit application. In the event, the building department review results in a <br />need for revisions, the responses will be proposed as an "Additional Service'. Permit review fees <br />are not included within our fees. <br />Task E — Construction Cost Estimate: To assist you with preparation of budgets for the project, <br />we shall develop a Construction Cost Estimate for the Project based on the updated Construction <br />Plans. The cost estimate will be based on a takeoff of quantities and unit pricing at that date and time. <br />Task F — Bidding Services: Once all project related design & permitting is complete, we shall <br />coordinate with the IRC Parks & Recreation Division and IRC Purchasing Department to allow for <br />advertising and receipt of construction bids. These services will include the following scope: <br />Bidding Assistance: We shall coordinate to update the bid documents, including the <br />bid form. We shall provide the Parks & Recreation Division Approved Construction <br />Plans to the Purchasing Department for use in Bidding the Project. We shall attend <br />one (1) Pre-bid meeting and assist the County in providing responses to reasonable <br />bidder's questions and issuance of Addenda. <br />b. Bids Review: Following receipt of bids by the Purchasing Department, we shall review <br />the construction bid pricing received from Contractors for accuracy and to determine <br />the ranking of all bids received.
