Temporary Cold patch; Temporary cold patch for <br />temporary surface as required by Code section <br />312.08 (c) (d) 1., shall be a commercially available <br />mix approved by.the engineer. <br />r' <br />2.03 CONCRETE MIX, DESIGN, AND TESTING <br />A. comply with requirements of applicable FDOT section <br />3455 for concrete mix design, sampling and testing, <br />and quality control, and as herein specified. <br />S. Design the mix to produce standard weight concrete <br />consisting of Portland cement, aggregate, air - <br />entraining admixture and water to produce the <br />following properties. <br />1. Compressive strength - class I, 3,000 psi. <br />2. Air Content. 3% to 6% <br />G. Concrete placement slump shall not exceed plus or <br />minus one inch from approved design slump. <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.01 PAVEMENT REPLACEMENT <br />Replace pavement in accordance with the details shown on <br />drawings. The baserock shall be placed and compacted in <br />accordance with DOT Specifications, section 200. <br />Application of the tack coat shall follow the application <br />of the prime coat immediately prior to the placing of the <br />wearing surface course. <br />3.02 EDGE TRIM <br />Trim edges of the existing pavement with a concrete saw <br />or other approved method to provide a clean, straight <br />edge. <br />3.03 PAVEMENT MARKINGS <br />Repaint, stripe, or otherwise mark pavement to match <br />preexistinq conditions, using DOT -approved materials and <br />procedures. <br />3.04 TEMPORARY PAVEMENT <br />Temporary pavement shall be installed as follows: <br />02576•-5 <br />
