0 <br />VIII. Insurance <br />The Provider will provide adequate liability insurance coverage on a comprehensive basis and to <br />hold such liability insurance at all times during the existence of this contract and any renewals) and <br />extension(s) of it. Upon execution of this contract, the provider shall furnish the Coalition written <br />verification supporting both the determination and existence of such insurance coverage. A self- <br />insurance program established and operation may provide such coverage tinder the laws of the State <br />of Florida. <br />IX. Evaluation and Monitoring <br />A. Annual Performance Measures -- The Provider's manner of service delivery will be evaluated <br />using the following standards: <br />Outcome Indicator -- Identify three (3) starting sites, potential leaders and timing for <br />parents of children who attend Recreation Department classes. <br />Outcome Indicator -- Identify exactly how the parenting class differs from others and <br />begin strategic marketing campaign. <br />Process Indicator -- Meet and talk with other people who have completed <br />Parenting training. <br />Process Indicator -- Identify and determine best Parenting Curriculum to best <br />serve Indian River County parents. (eg., Self -Esteem: A Family Affair; MELD) <br />Outcome Indicator -- Identify and enroll ten (10) sites external to the Recreation <br />Department, each with two to three instructors for Parent Tech who will attend the three day <br />training and agree to host at least one session. The ten (10) sites will represent opportunities <br />throughout Indian River County. <br />Process Indicator -- Cultivate leaders within the ten sites. <br />Process Indicator -- Meet with other site leaders to determine project's best name. <br />Outcome Indicator -- Oversee completion of the training of the ten sites. <br />Process Indicator -- Coordinate with Parent Educator on training dates, titres and <br />location. <br />Process Indicator -- Investigate how the regularly scheduled meeting might be <br />presented within thirty (30) minute increments to coordinate with children's <br />recreational classes. <br />Outcome Indicator — Parent surveys to be completed to determine effectiveness of classes. <br />Process Indicator — Average of six adults in attendance over the 6 week class. <br />Memorandum of Agreement between IRC Healthy Stan Coalition & IRC Board of County Commission <br />3 <br />
