BICSI/RCCD services <br />Protection of Information <br />All information provided to the Contractor and its assignees in reference to work proposed or performed for the <br />Owner, such as Organizational Data Network, ISP or OSP fiber optic infrastructure (topology, routes, segments, <br />layout, or fiber connectivity points), Electronic Data, Printed Materials, GIS Shape Files, or Maps provided to the <br />Contractor or any member of the Contractor's organization, is of a confidential and security sensitive nature, per <br />U.S. Homeland Security requirements. No information may be disclosed, disseminated, or otherwise allowed <br />to be accessed by unauthorized personnel, without the specific written authorization of County and/or <br />Owner. Acceptance of a formal Non -Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a prerequisite to commencement of work. <br />Permitting and Licensure Requirements <br />In addition to permits through Indian River County's Building Division, the Contractor may be required to obtain <br />permits for work under this bid from the Florida Department of Transportation, and/or Florida East Coast Railroad. <br />The price to be paid for permit(s) shall be based on the Contractor's actual permit cost. Contractor shall supply <br />original permit(s) cost documentation to the Indian River County Information Technology Department requesting <br />the service. Any Federal or State taxes paid by the Contractor to its suppliers for a permit(s) are not reimbursable <br />by the County to the Contractor. <br />All work under this agreement will be payable at the per unit prices provided in Exhibit 2. <br />The groups of work are: <br />Group <br />Section(s) <br />1 Technical Labor <br />2 OSP Construction Conduit, Pull Boxes and <br />FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge <br />Junction Boxes <br />Construction Section 630 <br />FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge <br />Construction Section 635 <br />3 Fiber Optic Cable, Preterm Drops, Splicing <br />FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge <br />Terminations. <br />Construction Section 633 <br />15 <br />
