15 <br />• Produce several possible solutions for implementation. <br />TASK ACITVITIES <br />8.1 Conduct regression analysis or other appropriate techniques to properly <br />slot each classification into the proposed pay plan for the County. <br />8.2 Place all classifications into pay grades based on Task Activity 8.1. Sort <br />alphabetically by job class title, in descending order by range, and by old <br />class title -and new class specifications. <br />8.3 Create up to three implementation solutions for consideration that take <br />into account the current position of the County as well as the findings from <br />the classification and compensation analysis. Provide the CPM a draft final report for review that will <br />include all costs associated with all recommendations as well as a three- <br />year implementation strategy. <br />9.2 Make edits and submit one hard copy and an electronic version of the Final <br />Report to the CPM. <br />9.3 Present the Final Report. <br />9.4 Develop a communication plan for sharing study results with employees of <br />the County. <br />9.5 Develop a plan for maintaining recommendations over time. <br />15 <br />
