A TRUE COPY <br />CERTIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />RYAN L. BUTLER, CLERK <br />The State of Florida uses Regional Integrated Preparedness Plan Workshop (IPPW) process to synchronize local IPP's into a <br />statewide IPP. Subrecipients shall have a representative participate in their Regional IPPW, and EMPG funded personnel are <br />encouraged to attend. <br />To demonstrate successful completion of task 3A for Quarter 2, the Subrecipient must submit the following items in DEMES. <br />DELIVERABLES <br />• Submit the County 2025-2027 IPP Data Sheets by January 12, 2024, in DEMES <br />• Proof of participation by a representative of the Subrecipient in the appropriate Regional IPP Workshop <br />(IPPW) to be provided by the Division's Training and Exercise Unit. <br />Reporting Requirements: <br />Quarter 1 <br />Quarter 2 <br />Quarter 3 <br />Quarter 4 <br />NA <br />Deliverables Due <br />NA <br />NA <br />Supporting Documentation: Submission of IPP Data Sheets Only in DEMES not later than January 12, 2024. Proof of Participation <br />by Subrecipient at the appropriate Regional IPP Workshop (IPPW). <br />B. TRAINING <br />All EMPG funded personnel must complete either the NIMS Independent Study courses and the Professional Development Series, or <br />the FEMA National Emergency Management Basic Academy delivered either by EMI or at a sponsored state, local or other designated <br />location. <br />• NIMS Training, Independent Study (IS) -100 (any version), IS -200 (any version), IS -700 (any version), and IS - <br />800 (any version)4, and, and <br />• Professional Development Series (PDS) or the Emergency Management Professionals Program (EMPP) Basic <br />Academy courses listed in the chart below. <br />To demonstrate successful completion of task 313 for Quarters 1-4, the Subrecipient must submit the following items to DEMES: <br />37 <br />IS -120.a: An Introduction to Exercises <br />IS -100 (any version): Introduction to <br />the Incident Command System <br />IS -230.d: Fundamentals of <br />IS -700 (any version): National Incident <br />Emergency Management <br />Management System (NIMS)-An <br />IS -235.b: Emergency Planning <br />IS -800 (any version): National <br />Response Framework, An <br />IS -240.b: Leadership and Influence <br />IS -230.d: Fundamentals o <br />Emergency Management <br />IS -24 Lb: Decision Making <br />E/L 101: Foundations of <br />and Problem Solving <br />Emergency Management <br />IS -242.b: Effective Communication <br />EAL102: Science of Disasters <br />IS -244.b: Developing and <br />E2103: Planning Emergency Operations <br />Mana ing Volunteers <br />IS -244.b: Developing and <br />E 104: Exercise Design <br />Managing Volunteers <br />IS -244.b: Developing and <br />E2105: Public Information & Warning <br />Managing Volunteers <br />To demonstrate successful completion of task 313 for Quarters 1-4, the Subrecipient must submit the following items to DEMES: <br />37 <br />
