BOOK 98 pvj, 518 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously approved <br />the revisions to the Administrative Policy Manual, <br />as amended (replace search with inspect), as <br />recommended by staff. <br />BLUE CYPRESS LAKE PARK RESTROOM BUILDING FINAL <br />PAYMENT - HEARNDON CONSTRUCTION <br />The Board reviewed a Corrective Memorandum of July 8, 1996: <br />TO: James E. Chandler, CORRECTED COPY <br />County Administrator <br />FROM: James W. Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: Blue Cypress Lake Park Restroom Building <br />Final Payment - Hearndon Construction <br />DATE: July 8, 1996 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On January 9, 1996, Indian River County contracted with Hearndon Construction <br />to construct a restroom building at Blue Cypress Lake. <br />The project is now complete. Hearndon Construction is requesting final payment <br />in the amount of $ 8,950.70. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that the final payment be released. Funding is from Account <br />#001-210-572-066.51. <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis advised that the construction <br />sign has been removed and a permanent sign will be installed. <br />Commissioner Tippin remarked that it is a very nice facility. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />.Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously approved <br />release of final payment in the amount of $8,950.70 <br />to Hearndon Construction, as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />FINAL PAY REQUEST WILL BE PLACED ON FILE - <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD WHEN RECEIVED <br />26 <br />July 9, 1996 <br />
