This section of the <br />attachment provides a desc-liption of the work to be provided by G&R and <br />subconsultants, as required, to develop the task service or product. <br />Task 1.0 Project Initiation <br />Subtask 1.1 Proiect Kick Off Meetin <br />G&R project team members will meet with appropriate County staff to establish project <br />deadlines and lines of communication. Overall project goals and objectives will be <br />discussed for County concurrence or modification. At this meeting, specific dates will be <br />tentatively set to discuss project status and review interim reports. <br />G&R will provide the County a list of documents and data required to initiate preparation <br />of the Master Plan. The following is a tentative list of information required for the study: <br />• <br />SWDD site aerials and topographic maps (including; boundary surveys) <br />• <br />SWDD Proposed budget for 1999/2000 and actual department expenses and revenues <br />for past five (5) years <br />• <br />Past five (S) years of solid waste tonnages by category and/or customer base <br />• <br />Current Organizational and staffing chart of SWDD <br />■ <br />Recent Solid Waste Bond Issue Documents <br />• <br />IRC existing zoning and future land use maps <br />• <br />IRC Comprehensive Plan <br />• <br />Tax assessor Maps on SWDD sites and adjoining properties <br />• <br />All environmental permits on SWDD facilities including available permit <br />applications <br />• <br />Prior Master [Tanning; documents and financial assurance reports <br />• <br />Design plans of SWDD facilities including soil borings and wetland investigations <br />• <br />Stormwater and leachate calculations on landfill site including design criteria <br />• <br />Prior solid waste projections <br />• <br />Stormwater and leachate duality and quantity results <br />• <br />Existing; or proposed water and wastewater lines near SWDD sites <br />• <br />'Traffic counts or roadway/entrance modifications to SWDD sites <br />0 <br />Prior Solid Waste Composition Analysis <br />
