Schedule <br />I'he enclosed chart provides a summary of the schedule to complete the Master Plan by <br />"Task. From receipt of authorization, the anticipated time to complete the draft Solid <br />Waste Master Plan document is 170 days. <br />In the event the waste composition studies cannot be schedule to obtain both low and <br />high population seasons in the summer of 1999 acid winter of 199912000, the schedule <br />may need to be modified with County agreement. <br />Subconsultants <br />The following subconsultants will be utilized by G&R during the course of preparing the <br />Master Plan. Each consultants responsibility or area of expertise is also listed. <br />Subconsultant Specialty <br />Ardaman and Associates Soil Boring and Geotechnical <br />TIA Waste Composition Studies and Recycling Markets <br />Debra Rcinhardt PhD,PE Bioreactor Design <br />Lotspeich & Associates Environmental Assessments <br />Government Financial Advisors Inc CIP Financing <br />Malcolm Picnic, Inc. Waste-lo-Encrgy Analysis <br />Compensation <br />Compensation to G&R will be pursuant to the Contract terms and conditions. <br />Compensation to G&R will be on a salary cost basis with an upper limit $299,674 for <br />'tasks I through 16 as provided in Tables Ithru 4 in attachment 13. Any work required <br />under "risk 17 will be negotiated at a later date. <br />17 <br />
