If not covered under the "ail risk" insurance or otherwise provided in <br />the Supplementary Conditions, CONTRACTOR shall purchase and maintain similar <br />property insurance on portions of the Work stored on and off tate site or in transit <br />when such portions of the Work are to be included in an Application for Payment. <br />The policies of insurance required to be purchased and maintained by <br />CONTRACTOR in accordance with this paragraph shall contain a provision that die <br />coverage afforded will not be canceled, materially changed or reduced until at least <br />thirty (30) days' prior written notice has been given to OWNER. <br />5.3.1.5 CONTRACTOR's "All Risk" Insurance: CONTRACTOR shall secure <br />Builders' Risk "All Risk" insurance at his expense and provide properly <br />completed and executed "Certificates of Insurance and insurance <br />Endorsement" forms it? the exact jnrmae and working Presenrerl in these <br />Contract Documenrr before starting work. <br />5.3.2 Special Requirements: <br />5.3.2.1 Upon submittal of the executed contract by the Contractor, certificates of insurance <br />and endorsement forms in the exact wording and format as presented in these <br />Contract Documents will be provided to the OWNER's Risk Manager for review and <br />approval. The certificates shall provide for the following: <br />5.3.2.1.1. "hoard of County Commissioners, Indian River County <br />Florida" will be named as "Additional Insured" on both die <br />General Liability, Auto Liability and Builder's Risk "All <br />Risk" Insurance. <br />5.3.2.1.2. The OWNER will be given thirty (30) days notice prior to <br />cancellation or modification of any stipulated insurance. <br />Such notification will be in writing by registered mail, <br />return receipt requested and addressed to the OWNER's <br />Risk Manager. <br />5,3.2.2. An appropriate "Indemnification" clause shall be made a provision of the <br />contract (see paragraph 6.36 and 6.37 of the General Conditions) <br />5.3.2.3. It is the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to insure that all <br />subcontractors comply with all insurance requirements. <br />5.3.2.4. It should be remembered that these are minimum requirements which are <br />subject to modification in response to high hazard operatioan, <br />5.3.2.5.
