COMPENSATION PG4N STRUCTURE <br />Review and make recommendations on the following aspects of the Compensation Plan <br />structure: <br />EXISTING SALARY SCHEI3UL_ES <br />1. Review current composition and rationale of the existing salary schedule and make <br />recormendatdons regarding any changes (consolidations, eliminations, etc.) that may <br />be deemed appropriate and/or necessary. <br />2. Modify the existing pay grade schedule. <br />3. Review the pay compression problems and/or concerns (where appropriate). <br />4.
