Cody&Assoazes, /lir. will conduct a meeting of all management and key employees <br />to explain the objectives and approach to the study. <br />2. All employees will be notified of the study requesting cooperation and explaining its <br />scope. <br />3. Our staff will meet individually with all department directors, division heads and other <br />management staff to discuss their positions. <br />4. A selected number of tate employees will be Interviewed on-the-job. <br />5. Input will be received from supervisors during the Job analysis step. <br />b. Management staff will be fully informed of the study details. <br />`l. At several points in the study, the Consultant will brief the County staff on the progress <br />of the Study. <br />B. Our company will present and explain a final report to the County and assist In <br />communicating the findings and recommendations by working with the County's staff <br />In developing a written plan. <br />9. At the completion of the project, our staff will conduct an orientation meeting with all <br />m?n?gement and Vey employees to explain the approved study in the manner and times <br />mutually agreed upon. <br />10, The County staff will receive an orientation on the Americans With Disabilities Act and <br />how they are required to funrtion under this Act. <br />Cady evAssoclnsrs, Inc. ?7- <br />
