FWC Agreement No. Enter CFDA Numbers) <br />awards (federal financial assistance and expenditures) be made available to the <br />public via a single, searchable website: www.USASpending.g_ov. Grant recipients <br />awarded a new Federal grant greater than or equal to $25,000.00 awarded on or <br />after October 1, 2010, are subject to the FFATA. The Recipient agrees to provide <br />the information necessary, over the life of this Agreement, for the Commission to <br />comply with this requirement. <br />Section 22. FEDERAL AND FLORIDA SINGLE AUDIT ACT (FSAA)REQUIREMENTS. <br />Pursuant to the FSAA (or Federal) Vendor / Recipient Determination Checklist, the <br />Recipient has been determined to be a recipient of state financial assistance and/or a <br />subrecipient of a federal award. Therefore, pursuant to Section 215.97, F.S. and/or <br />OMB Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), the Recipient may be subject to the audit <br />requirements of the Florida and/or Federal Single Audit Acts. If applicable, the <br />Recipient shall comply with the audit requirements outlined in Attachment B, attached; <br />hereto and made a part of the Agreement, as applicable. <br />Section 23. FEDERAL COMPLIANCE. <br />As applicable, Recipient shall comply with all federal laws, rules, and regulations, <br />including but not limited to: <br />A. Clean Air Act and Water Pollution Control Act. <br />All applicable standards, orders, or requirements issued under the Clean Air Act <br />(42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q), and the Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387 <br />as amended). <br />B. Lacey Act, 16 U.S.0 3371-3378. <br />i <br />This Act prohibits trade in wildlife, fish and plants have been illegally taken, <br />possessed, transported or sold. <br />C. Magnuson -Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, 16 U.S.C. 1801-1884. <br />This Act governs marine fisheries in Federal waters. <br />D. Migratory Bird Treaty Act, 16 U.S.C. 703-712. <br />The Act prohibits anyone, unless permitted, to pursue, hunt, take, capture, kill, <br />attempt to take, capture or kill, possess, offer for sale, sell, offer to purchase, <br />deliver for shipment, ship, cause to be shipped, deliver for transportation, <br />Recipient/Subrecipient AgreementLast Revised: 3.20.2023 Page 27 of 45 <br />287 <br />
