of <br />• <br />• <br />LI <br />• During this phase, we will advise the County of any additional data or services that we feel <br />should be required for basic services and which are above and beyond our agreed upon <br />scope of work, <br />Design Development Phase: <br />Aller approval of the schematic design documents and receiving authorization to <br />proceed, we will prepare a design development phase package, consisting of final design <br />criteria, development drawings, outline specification and a written description of the project. <br />e 'These documents shall fix and describe the size and character of the project as to the <br />architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, materials and other such <br />elements that may be appropriate, <br />• We will revise and update our preliminary estimate of Probable Construction Cost at the <br />100% design development phase, using the CST format. <br />• During this phase, we will advise the County of any additional data or services that we feel <br />should be required for basic services and which are above and beyond our agreed upon <br />scope of work. <br />Construction Document Phase: <br />After approval of the design development documents and receiving authorization to <br />proceed, we will provide a construction document package which will include working <br />drawings and a technical specification, consisting of drawings and project manual setting forth <br />in detail, the requirements for the construction of the project. <br />• During this phase, we will advise the County of any additional data or services that we feel <br />should be required for basic services and which are above and beyond our agreed upon <br />scope of work, <br />• We shall review our final construction document package and the Owner's front end <br />documents with the County and process any review comments that they might have. <br />r Assist LR.C.. in securing permits, prepare permit applications (all fees related to permit <br />shall be paid by the Client (I.R.C.) or the General Contractor (Building Permits) and site <br />plan approvals, including any traffic impact studies as required by Indian River County <br />L.D.R. <br />%UTANSaN1t7ATATROJ CTSISwK%DAVIS.DOC <br />
