[--A <br />i <br />40 <br />b) ; Plan for post -construction cleanup, dismantling, and removal of the <br />temporary construction including restoration of the site to its previous condition <br />or better. <br />1.2.6 Arrangements for parking facilities on site or arrangements to shuttle the crew to <br />the site from an alternate location. <br />1.2.7 Arrangements for security. <br />1.2,8 Arrangements for necessary utilities; e.g„ electric, telephone, portable sanitary <br />facilities, water, etc. <br />1.2.9 Preparation procedures for working areas and safety facilities (e.g. setting up <br />staging areas; first aid and emergency facilities: and temporary storage <br />enclosures, if required and other necessary working and safety equipment). <br />1.2.10 Acquisition of all required insurance, payment and performance bonds, and <br />permits that are required for the commencement and completion of this Project. <br />1.2.11 Payment for insurance, bonds, and permits shall be included in the lump sum bid <br />for Item M. Payment shall be full compensation for furnishing ail insurance, <br />bonds, and permits required by this contract in compliance with all of the <br />Federal, State and local agencies having jurisdiction over the work. <br />1.2.12 Arrangements to perform all work in a fire -safe manner, including the supply and <br />maintenance of adequate fire -fighting equipment capable of extinguishing <br />incipient fares. The Contractor shall comply with applicable Federal, State and <br />local fire prevention regulations throughout the entire course of work. <br />1.2.13 Arrangements to assure that no public or private road is closed, except by <br />expressed written permission of the owner. <br />1.2.14 'Etre work shall be conducted to assure the least possible obstruction to traffic. All <br />obstructions within traveled roadways must be protected by utilizing approved <br />signs, barricades, lights, anti flagmen where necessary for lite safety of the <br />public. <br />1.2.15 The Fire and Police Departments shall be notified before closing any street or <br />portion thereof and shall be notified when lite streets are again passable for <br />emergency vehicles. Operations shall be conducted with the [cast interference to <br />fire equipment access, and at no time prevent such access. <br />1.2.16 Provisions for use of approved temporary storage enclosures, if necessary, of the <br />various sixes required for the protection of materials.
