O <br />416 <br />2.3.5 Department of Transportation <br />a. <br />Coordinate activities between public/private agencies <br />on matters relating to public transit. <br />b. <br />Provide public transportation services where <br />emergency services are required. <br />C. <br />Support county highway/road departments in <br />securing and installing barricades, signs, and other <br />necessary equipment needed for traffic control. <br />d. <br />Coordinate traffic management activities in and <br />around the affected area. <br />e. <br />Coordinate movement of emergency resources to and <br />from the designated area. <br />f. <br />Assist in the containment and cleanup of hazardous <br />material spills that occur on a state -maintained street <br />or highway. <br />g. <br />Provide inspection of the condition of railroad tracks <br />and all supportive, relative equipment, including <br />locomotives and other rolling stock of any railroad <br />operated within the State, and provide personnel to <br />determine the cause of a railroad accident. <br />2.3.7 Department <br />of Low Enforcement <br />a. <br />Coordinate, integrate, and implement law <br />enforcement planning and activities for the use of <br />mutual aid and state resources. <br />b. <br />Maintain lists of special law enforcement, specially <br />trained personnel, and all regular, auxiliary, and <br />reserve law enforcement personnel and equipment <br />within the state. <br />C. <br />Coordinate the organization and direction of the law <br />enforcement services of the Florida Mutual Aid Plan, <br />Indian River County Emergency Plan for Hazardous Materials Pape 61 <br />
