C> <br />4D <br />40 <br />The notification message will specify that the organization stand by or <br />start to mobilize emergency response personnel. Emergency response <br />personnel will be called to duty using established county notification <br />procedures. Support agencies will be alerted by the agency they are <br />supporting. Should mobilization be required, emergency response <br />personnel will report to their agency response center for specialized <br />equipment and further instructions. <br />The sequences for notification and activation of emergency response <br />personnel for each level of threat are discussed below. Details of <br />notification and activation are contained in county implementing <br />procedures. <br />4.3.1 Notification of Potential Emergency Conditions <br />a. Description <br />An incident or threat of a release which can be <br />controlled by the first response agencies and does <br />not require evacuation of other than the involved <br />structure or the immediate outdoor area. The <br />incident is confined to a small area and does not pose <br />an immediate threat to life or property. <br />Notification <br />Upon receipt of notification of a potential emergency <br />condition from the facility owner or operator the <br />county emergency communicator will notify the <br />following emergency personnel (see Figure 4-2): <br />Indian River County Department of Emergency <br />Services <br />Indian River County Department of Emergency <br />Services, E.M.S.
