C11 <br />S <br />i <br />B. Contractor is responsible for repairing damaged sprinkler as soon as <br />discovered or reported. <br />17. Questions? The following questions were asked and are addressed as <br />follows: <br />A. All damaged driveways will be repaired by saw cutting beyond the crack <br />and replacing from the crack to the edge of pavement. <br />B. Contractor will be eligible for payment of 50% of stored material, as <br />specified in the bid package (see paragraph 1.012 of section 01025). <br />C. Wedge type split stainless steel inserts shall be used for mechanical <br />fittings on 4" and 6" diameter pipe. A fuse welded mechanical joint <br />adapter kit shall used for mechanical fittings on 12: diameter pipe (see <br />paragraph 1.03.G of section 01025 in attached Addendum). <br />D. A bid item was included for a 60 lineal foot 6" directional bore indicated on <br />sheet 13 of the construction plans (see sheet 00310-5 in attached <br />Addendum). <br />
