Work Order No. <br />Sandridge Restroom <br />Utility Improvements <br />In summary, the following plans will be prepared by the Consultant: <br />• Demo and Erosion Control Plan • Utility Plan <br />• Site Plan • Detail Sheet <br />• Lift Station Plan <br />Consultant will revise these plans up to two (2) times based on reasonable and applicable comments <br />received by the County during review. Any major changes to these plans that alter the full intent of the <br />design will be considered out of scope work and will be considered an additional service. <br />Consultant will prepare quantity take offs to incorporate into an engineering opinion of probable cost as <br />part of this task. The unit costs estimates will be based on pricing information provided by contractors <br />for previous projects completed. The opinion of probable cost will also be based on assumptions that <br />will be outlined in the document. <br />Consultant will prepare a drainage statement within the Site Plan as no drainage improvements are <br />required. <br />Task 2 — County Lift Station Design <br />As part of this scope, Consultant will design a new County Lift Station at the existing Sandridge Restroom. <br />The design will incorporate the Hobart Park force main pressures and previously designed information. It <br />is assumed that the Sandridge Clubhouse extension will construct their force main connection before the <br />proposed improvements. Any additional information will be coordinated to account for increase in <br />pressure or changes within the four -inch force main. <br />The following items are anticipated: <br />o Lift Station Pumping plan and details <br />o Lift Station wet well calculations <br />o Lift Station pump selection <br />A Lift Station report will be provided in PDF format along with the excel data spreadsheet and will be <br />submitted for review to the County Utility Department for review under the Utility Construction Permit <br />(UCP) and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). <br />Consultant will revise the report up to two (2) times based on reasonable and applicable comments <br />received by the County during review.
