i <br />obtained all insurance required under this Section and such insurance has been approved by the <br />OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence work on his <br />subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so obtained and <br />approved. All such insurance shall remain in effect until final payment and at all time thereafter <br />when CONTRACTOR may be correcting, removing or replacing defective Work in accordance with <br />paragraph 13.12. <br />5.3.1 Insurance Requirements: <br />5.3.1.1 Worker's Compensation, To meet statutory limits in compliance with the Worker's <br />Compensation Law of Florida. This policy must include Employer Liability with <br />a limit $100,000 for each accident„ $500,000 disease (policy limit) and $100,000 <br />disease (each employee). Such policy shall include a waiver of subrogation as <br />against OWNER and ENGINEER on accow a of injury sustained by an employees) <br />of the CONTRACTOR. <br />5.3.1.2 Commercial General Liability: Coverage shall provide minimum limits of liability <br />of $1,000,000 per occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and <br />Property Damage. This shall include coverage for: <br />• Premises/Operations <br />• Products/Completed Operations <br />• Contractual Liability <br />• Independent Contractors <br />5.3.1.3 Business Auto Liability: Coverage shall provide minimum limits of liability of <br />$),000,000 per occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage, This shall include coverage for: <br />• Owner Autos <br />• Hired Autos <br />• Non -Owned Autos <br />5.3.1.4 CONTRACTOR's Property Insurance: CONTRACTOR shall purchase and <br />maintain property insurance upon the Work at the site to the full insurable value <br />thereof (subject to such deductible amounts as may be provided in tile <br />Supplementary Conditions or required by law). This insurance shall include the <br />interests ofOWNER, CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors in the Work, shall insure <br />against the perils of fire, lightning and extended coverage, shall include "all risk" <br />insurance for physical loss and damage including theft, vandalism and malicious <br />mischief, collapse and water damage, and such other perils as may be provided in <br />the Supplementary Conditions, and shall 'include damages, losses and expenses <br />arising out of our resulting from any insured loss or incurred in the repair or <br />replacement of any insured property (including fees and charges of engineers, <br />architects, attorneys and other professionals). If not covered under the "all risk" <br />insurance or otherwise provided in the Supplementary Conditions, CONTRACTOR <br />shall purchase and maintain similar property insurance on portions of the Work <br />stored on and off the site or in transit when such portions of the Work are to be <br />included in an Application for payment. The policies of insurance required to be <br />purchased and maintained by CONTRACTOR in accordance with this paragraph <br />shall contain a provision that the coverage atiorded will not be canceled, materially <br />changed or reduced until at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice has been <br />given to OWNER. <br />5.3.1.5. CONTRACTOR's "All Risk" Insurance: CONTRACTOR shall secure Builders' <br />Risk "Atl Risk" insurance at his expense and provide properly completed and <br />executed "Certificates of Insurance and insurance Endorsement" forms in the exact <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />QC - <br />
