PremtsesrOperations <br />b ProductsiCompleted Operations <br />C. Contractual Liability <br />d. Independent Contractors <br />e. Personal Injury <br />1.1 Business -Auto Liabilitv — coverage shall provide minimum limits of liability of <br />$1,000,000 per occurrence Combined. Single Limit for Bodily Injury and property <br />Damage. This shall include coverage for: <br />a. Owned/Leased Autos <br />b. Hired Autos <br />c. Non -owned Autos <br />1.2 Secial Requirement <br />a. On submittal of a signed contract for any work under bid a certificate of insurance <br />will be provided to the Risk Manager for review and approval. The certificate <br />shall provide for the following: <br />1. Indian River County will be named as an "Additional Insured" on both the <br />General Liability and Auto Liability policies. Copies of an endorsement <br />naming the County as additional insured must accompany the Certificate <br />of Insurance. <br />2. Indian River County shall be given thirty (30) days notice prior to the <br />cancellation or modification ofany stipulated insurance. Such notice will <br />be in writing by registered mail, return receipt requested and addressed to <br />the Risk Manager. <br />b, An appropriate "Lad <br />emnification" clause shall be made a provision of the <br />contract. <br />c It is the responsibility of the contractor to insure that all subcontractors comply <br />with all insurance requirements, <br />d. It should be remembered that these are minimum requirements which are subject <br />to modification in response to high hazard operations. The contractor shall <br />provide adequate coverage for the protection of employees engaged in any <br />hazardous work. <br />2.5 Failure to provide and maintain the level of insurance provided herein will be deemed as <br />a cause for termination of this agreement. <br />9 <br />
