<br />PART I -GENERAL
<br />1.01 GENERAL
<br />Measurement and payment will he bas ed upon work completed and accepted in
<br />accordance with the Contrnct Documents. No separate payment will be made for
<br />excavation, trenching dewatering, backfilling, leakage te sts, s urve ying, den sity tests,
<br />or other 111c1dental ,terns of work not shown m the Agreement .
<br />1.02 EQU LPMENT AND MATERIALS IN STORAGE
<br />Partia l payment for material s and equipment in proper storage at the s ite of the work
<br />or other approved storage site will be made for those items for which the Contractor
<br />has subm11tcd paid mvoiccs to the Engineer. TI1e partml payment for stored materials
<br />will be 50% of the value of material s and equipment, based on receipted bills,
<br />furnished but not incorporated in the work , as determined by Engineer.
<br />1.03 MEASUR11MENT
<br />A. Mobil ization: Measurement sha ll be on a lump sum basis, and shall be limited to the
<br />following maximum amounts:
